March is a month of prime time for cellist Tommy Mesa. As part of his receiving the 2023 Sphinx Medal of Excellence, the organization’s highest honor, Tommy returns to the US Supreme Court (where he has performed twice before) to give a private performance to Justice Sonya Sotomayor on March 1.
